Ehren-Haus Industries, Inc. has been supporting businesses by designing, fabricating, machining, and manufacturing various types of PPE solutions. Made of high-quality plastic materials, we process large orders of PPE solutions for hospitals, restaurants, and retail outlets as well as small orders in support of specific needs.
In the US, most businesses are taking extra measures to ensure the safety of employees. Now, they use various types of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as sneeze guards, face shields, face mask clips, and face mask dispensers, voluntarily or as mandated to help control the potential spread of disease.
We can custom design, fabricate, machine, and build these PPE solutions to any specification. During every project, our team works closely with customers to understand their requirements. Unlike other manufacturers, we do not have any reservations regarding the standard sizes. We can exactly deliver what you want and where you want! We focus on quality, pricing, and turnaround times. We assure competitive prices and the best prices on bulk orders. All these make us the unique choice for all your PPE solutions in the US.
What is Our Process?
We accept designs in IGS, CAD, and DXF formats. The designs are analyzed and discussed with the client for clarity. Any design changes are suggested in the initial stages. The prototype building begins after seeking their approval. |

We have worked on the orders of the following personal protective equipment during COVID 19.
The face shields are used as a substitute to mask or goggles in settings where employees serve several people in a day. These face shields are mainly used in healthcare and hospital settings by different health workers to avoid direct contact with bodily fluids.
They are used in places like restaurants, hospitals, and clinics to create a barrier between employees and customers. The sneeze guards help minimize interaction between people on both sides of the barrier. We provide various types of sneeze guards including permanent, portable, hanging, counter-top, and custom sneeze guards.
These enclosures are used to stock disposable face masks in the facilities like hospitals, restaurants, schools, and so on. The face mask dispensers are installed in visible places to prompt safety practices among users.
They are used to move patients between surfaces with minimum effort. For instance, they may be used to move the patients from a stretcher or a bed to an operating table or vice versa
The demand for these boards have increased during COVID-19 and they are used by emergency services, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to move dead bodies. We can provide coroner and mortuary body boards in custom specifications.
At Ehren-Haus, we recommend the following materials to build safety-driven PPE solutions.
We have been working with acrylic for several years now and have helped clients to make the best use of its properties. Optical clarity, stiffness, and immense strength make this material an ideal choice for creating sneeze guards, face mask dispensers, and so on.
It is known for its excellent toughness, good optical clarity, and good electrical insulation characteristics. Polycarbonate material is easy to machine, fabricate, and thermoform. We can create face shields and sneeze guards of this material. Recently we have delivered polycarbonate sneeze guards of 1/8".
PETG Plastic is known for its excellent deep draw thermoforming characteristics. It is chemical resistant, impact-resistant, and assures good clarity. It serves as a low-cost substitute for polycarbonate.
HDPE is a chemically resistant, tough plastic sheet, which is used in applications where moisture resistance, as well as cleanliness, is required.
We understand the importance of various personal protective equipment, especially during COVID-19. However, that is not enough. Today, you will find several manufacturers offering them.
